Standard Deployment Practice: All replacement contracts require a 15% upfront mobilisation fee — this covers the replacing soldier's flights, preparation and initial logistics to base camp. The remaining balance is settled after the contract term. Our team handles all coordination; you simply make the upfront payment and we take care of the rest.
